Our Technology:

Unlike Bernal-stacked graphite, our LMG Series features rotated layers of graphene (aka turbostratic) which minimizes van der Waals coupling between layers. This allows each layer to act almost independently, delivering properties closer to monolayer graphene at scale; which can signifcantly enhance these properties over other few layer graphene.

  • Platelet lateral size: 0.5–50 µm
  • Thickness: single (0.34nm) to few-layer (< 5 nm)
  • Raman spectra confirms enhanced structural properties

Graphene (LMG)

Our LMG Series is a standard-grade, 99.9% carbon turbostratic graphene. Platelets average <25 layers (<9 nm) and are available in lateral sizes of <7 µm, <25 µm, and <40 µm. Supplied as dry powder or dispersions (IPA or water). Custom particle sizes and formulations available on request.

Enhanced Graphene (LMGe)

Our LMGe “enhanced” series is the highest-grade, 99.9% carbon turbostratic graphene. Platelets average <10 layers (<4 nm) and are available in lateral sizes of <7 µm, <25 µm, and <40 µm. Supplied as dry powder or dispersions (IPA or water). Custom sizes and formulations available on request.

Graphene Oxide (LMGO)

Our LMGO Graphene Oxide series of turbostratic graphene contains 91% carbon, 7% oxygen, and 2% other.  The LMGO series of powders have platelets with average layer count (L) <50 layers (<4 nm).  They can be purchased in <7um, <25um, and <40um lateral platelet dimensions (D).   We offer the materials in dry powder,  or in dispersion (IPA or water).  We can also provide some customization of particle size or suspensions at additional cost.
